1. General provisions and terms
1.1. These Rules have been developed on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020 No. 1853, as well as other regulations of the Russian Federation regulating the activities of hotels, registration accounting, etc. . questions.
1.2. The following concepts are used in these Rules:
Hotel – hotel “Seasons of Cheget”, located at: 361605, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Elbrus district, village. Terskol, st. Cheget, 7. The hotel is an accommodation facility in which hotel services are provided. The right to provide hotel services by the Hotel is confirmed by certificate No. 26/65/234-2023, issued by the accredited organization LLC Management Company EXPERT-KMV dated December 26, 2023, valid until September 30, 2026, assigning the hotel category: “3 stars". Type of hotel: country hotel.

Guest (or consumer) is an individual who intends to order or purchase, or who orders or purchases and (or) uses hotel services for personal and other needs not related to business activities.
Customer - an individual or legal entity or individual entrepreneur who intends to order or purchase, or who orders or purchases hotel services for the benefit of the consumer.
Hotel services - a set of services to ensure temporary accommodation of Guests in the Hotel, as well as other services, taking into account the requirements for the type and category of accommodation facility and in accordance with the selected tariff. Information about services is posted on the Contractor's website: http://cheget.hotelvremenagoda.ru/.
Additional services are services not included in hotel services and provided by the Contractor on a paid basis.
Reception and Accommodation Service - a service located on the ground floor of the Hotel, whose employees receive and register Guests, provide Guests with all the necessary information about the Hotel and the hotel services and additional services provided to it.
Reservation - assignment to the Guest of a room (place in a room) in the Hotel on the conditions determined by the application of the Customer or Guest and confirmation of this application by the Contractor.
Guaranteed booking is a type of booking in which the Hotel expects the Guest until the check-out hour of the day following the day of scheduled check-in. In case of untimely cancellation of the reservation, delay or no-show of the Guest, he or the Customer will be charged for the actual downtime of the room (place in the room), but not more than one day. If you are late by more than a day, the contract is terminated.
Non-guaranteed booking is a type of booking in which the Hotel expects the guest until 18:00 on the day of arrival, after which the booking is canceled and the contract is terminated.
Local time is the time at the location of the Hotel.
Check-in time is the time set by the Contractor for the Guest’s check-in: from 14-00 local time.
Departure time (checkout time) - the time set by the Contractor for the Guest's departure: 12 -00 hours local time.
Checkout day is a period of time, the duration of which is determined in such a way that the first checkout day lasts from 14:00 local time on the day of check-in until 12:00 local time of the next day. All subsequent hotel days are from 12:00 noon local time to 12:00 local time on the next day.
Room price is the cost of temporary accommodation and other related services determined by the Contractor, provided for a single price.
1.3. These Rules are binding on employees of the Hotel and all citizens residing in the Hotel.
2. Conditions and procedure for booking
2.1. The hotel accepts requests from the consumer (Customer) for reservations in one of the following ways:
through the official website of the hotel http://cheget.hotelvremenagoda.ru;
by telephone at: +7(8638)71-777; +7(936)130-11-11,
via electronic communication at the email address: cheget@hotelvremenagoda.ru, which makes it possible to reliably establish that the application comes from the consumer (Customer);
through online booking systems of partners.
The hotel has the right to refuse to satisfy the reservation application and conclude an agreement if there are no available rooms that meet the requirements of the application on the dates specified in the application.
2.2. The application must contain:
- last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the Guest,
-period of residence,
- desired room category,
-type of reservation (garantified, non-guaranteed),
- form of payment (cash, bank transfer, bank cards),
- planned check-in time,
email address, contact phone number.
The Guest (Customer) also informs about the planned additional paid services.
2.3. Check-in at the Hotel is carried out on the basis of preliminary requests for room reservations received from Guests (Customers), as well as without prior reservations, subject to availability of rooms.
When booking, the Guest selects a room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Hotel administration.
2.4. The reservation is considered confirmed from the moment the consumer (Customer) receives the Hotel’s notification confirming the reservation. The booking confirmation is also the invoice issued by the Hotel for payment of hotel services. From the moment the Guest (Customer) receives confirmation of the reservation, the contract for the provision of hotel services is considered concluded.
2.5. Booking confirmation can be sent via email, telephone call containing information about the booking number (followed by sending booking confirmation by email), indicating the name (company name) of the Hotel, last name, first name, patronymic (if available) of the Guest, category and price the ordered room, the period of stay at the Hotel, the type of reservation, the provision of additional paid services, the type of food, the form and deadline for paying the bill, in accordance with the application of the consumer (Customer).
2.6. For a guaranteed room reservation, an advance payment is made by the Guest or the Customer within the time period specified in the invoice (confirmation) issued by the Hotel or in accordance with the terms of current special offers, information about which is posted on the Hotel’s website on the Internet or on online booking sites that sell the Hotel’s hotel services , in the information and telecommunications network “Internet”.
2.7. In the absence of payment, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally by sending a cancellation notice to the e-mail specified during booking.
2.8. In case of a non-guaranteed reservation and the Guest's check-in before 18-00 hours, accommodation is provided at the rate confirmed by the reservation. If the Guest does not arrive before 18:00, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without additional notice to the Guest (Customer). If the Guest arrives later than 18-00 hours, the Hotel provides the Guest with a free room, subject to availability, at the rate in effect at the time of check-in.
2.9. In case of untimely cancellation of a reservation, delay or no-show, the Guest or the Customer will be charged for the actual downtime of the room, but not more than one day, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the tariff/contract. If you are late by more than a day, the contract is terminated.
2.10. Changes made by the Guest (Customer) to the conditions of a confirmed reservation (such as: date of arrival, duration of stay, room category, number of guests) may result in a change in the cost of accommodation.
3. Check-in and procedure for registering Guests at the Hotel
3.1. The Hotel's operating hours are 24 hours a day. The Contractor provides 24-hour service to Guests arriving at the Hotel and departing from the Hotel.
3.2. The time of arrival and start of registration of Guests is 14-00 hours of the current day, local time. Accommodation before 14-00 hours is provided only if there are available rooms ready for occupancy. Payment for accommodation for early check-in is carried out in accordance with clause 5.4. of these Rules.
3.3. Hotel services are provided by the Contractor on the basis of an agreement concluded in writing.
The written form of the contract is considered to be complied with in the case of drawing up one document (including electronic) signed by both parties (the Contractor and the Guest (Customer)), as well as in the following cases:
- confirmation by the Contractor of the reservation request;
- performance by the Customer (consumer) of actions aimed at receiving services: signing the registration form by the Guest upon check-in at the Hotel, or payment by the consumer (Customer) of the corresponding amount to the Contractor.
3.4. The Guest's check-in at the Hotel is subject to his presentation of a document proving his identity in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, identifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- a passport of a citizen of the USSR, identifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- birth certificate - for a person under 14 years of age;
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, identifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation, for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
- temporary identity card citizen of the Russian Federation;
- a passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identification document of a foreign citizen;
- a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identification document of a stateless person;
- temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
- residence permit for a stateless person.
3.5. Check-in of minors under 14 years of age into the Hotel is carried out on the basis of identification documents of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) who are with them, accompanying person(s), subject to such accompanying person(s) providing the consent of their legal representatives ( one of them), as well as the birth certificates of these minors.
Checking into the Hotel of minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of their legal representatives, is carried out on the basis of identification documents of these minors, subject to the consent of the legal representatives (one of them).
The consents specified in this paragraph are drawn up in writing, in free form, and can be certified by a notary at the request of citizens.
3.6.The hotel has the right to refuse check-in if the documents required for guest registration are not provided or if the documents submitted are invalid; the Guest being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3.7. The right to priority accommodation in the Hotel, subject to availability, are: Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full holders of the Order of Glory; employees of the prosecutor's office, employees of internal affairs bodies, employees of the judiciary, the tax service, employees of federal government communications and information agencies (in the performance of their official duties); disabled people of the 1st group and persons accompanying them (no more than one person); other categories of citizens in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
A person entitled to priority accommodation at the Hotel must present a document confirming such right.
3.8. Participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled people of the 2nd and 3rd groups and persons accompanying them, move into the Hotel first of all, as places become available.
3.9. Upon check-in, the Guest signs the registration form, thereby confirming the accuracy of his information and agreement with these Rules, and also makes a full prepayment for the entire period of stay stated by him, if payment was not made before check-in. Upon check-in, the Guest consents to the processing of personal data in writing. In case of incapacity of the subject of personal data, consent to the processing of his personal data is given by the legal representative of the subject of personal data.
Upon check-in, the Hotel issues the Guest a room key.
3.10. The Hotel, respectively, upon arrival and departure of the Guest - a citizen of the Russian Federation, registers at the place of his stay at the Hotel and deregisters with the Rules for registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the resolution Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 1995 No. 713 “On approval of the Rules for registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and place of residence within the Russian Federation and the list of persons responsible for receiving and transferring documents for registration to the registration authorities registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and place of residence within the Russian Federation.”
Registration at the place of stay of the Guest - a foreign citizen, a stateless person, and their deregistration at the place of stay in the Hotel is carried out by the Hotel in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 15 January 2007 No. 9 “On the procedure for carrying out migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation.”
4. Procedure for providing hotel services
4.1. The Hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of Guests for a period agreed with the Hotel administration. Upon expiration of the agreed period, the resident is obliged to vacate the room at the request of the administration. If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the Hotel administrator no later than 2 hours before check-out time - 12 noon local time. Extension of the period of stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it in favor of third parties.
4.2. Time limit for temporary stay at the Hotel for citizens of RosThe Russian Federation is not established. The maximum period of temporary residence at the Hotel for foreign citizens is established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the stay of foreign citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation:
4.3. The number of people living in one room should not exceed the total number of places designated in it, taking into account additionally installed places. Additional seats can be installed at the request of the Guest with the permission of the administration for an additional fee according to the Hotel price list.
4.4. At the request of the Guest, with the consent of the administration, unauthorized persons are allowed to be in the room from 08:00 to 23:00; To do this, the visitor must provide an identification document to the reception service.
4.5. In case of a visitor’s delay in the Guest’s room after 23:00 or the registered Guest’s escorting an unauthorized person to the Hotel at night (from 23:00 to 08:00), these persons must be registered for moving into the Guest’s room, taking into account the requirements of clause 4.3. of these Rules, or to another free number. For such accommodation (move-in) payment will be charged according to the price list approved by the Contractor.
4.6. Bed linen is changed once every three days.
4.7. Towels are changed and rooms are cleaned daily. Toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper) are replaced upon consumption.
5. Cost of services and payment procedure
5.1. Payment for hotel services provided at the Hotel is made in Russian rubles, according to the price list valid on the date of confirmation of the reservation or the date of provision of additional services.
Payment can be made in cash by depositing funds into the Contractor's cash desk, or non-cash by transferring funds to the Contractor's bank account, including bank cards issued by Russian banks (MIR, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay, etc. ), when booking and paying on the Hotel website using Internet acquiring.
5.2. The Contractor has the right to set prices and tariffs, apply a flexible (dynamic) pricing system, establish discounts on services that
are provided to Guests, with the exception of those who are subject to government regulation of prices and tariffs.
5.3. The Contractor has no right, without the consent of the consumer, to provide other paid services that are not included in the price of the room.
5.4. The Hotel has established a daily payment for accommodation per checkout day.
When the Guest stays for less than a day (24 hours), a minimum fee is charged for one billing day
Early check-in is provided only if there are available rooms ready for occupancy, with subsequent accommodation at the Hotel, and is paid at the rate: from 00-00 to 02-00 local time - 100% of the room rate per day; from 2-00 to 12-00 local time - the cost of half a day.
With a guaranteed reservation of early check-in, payment for the first check-out day is carried out at the rate of 100% of the room rate per day, regardless of check-in time.
Late check-out is provided in the absence of a confirmed reservation for the room occupied by the Guest, is provided subject to availability at the Hotel and is paid at the rate of:
- no more than 2 hours after checkout time - an hourly rate is charged, which is calculated from the Standard rate per room for the current day;
- from 2 to 8 hours after check-out time – payment for ½ of the current day is charged, which is calculated from the Standard rate for the room;
- from 8 to 24 hours after checkout time – payment for the full current day is charged.
5.5. At the Guest's request, the Hotel provides additional services for a fee in accordance with the price list. The Guest can find out information about the list of additional services provided at the reception service.
5.6. The Hotel, at the request of the Guest, is obliged to provide the following types of free services:
- call an ambulance;
- use of a first aid kit;
- call a taxi;
- delivery to the room of correspondence addressed to the guest upon receipt;
- wake-up at a certain time;
- provision of boiling water;
- use of an iron and ironing board;
- luggage storage;
- Wi-Fi wireless Internet services;
- use of electrical appliances installed in the room.
5.7. Accommodation in a room for one child under 6 years of age inclusive - without extra bed - is free, breakfast is paid separately.
5.8. The Hotel provides the Guest with the opportunity to stay only during the paid period of time. After the end of the paid period, at the request of the Guest, the period of stay can be extended only if there are available rooms.
5.9. Before leaving the Hotel, no later than 12-00 local time on the last day of stay at the Hotel, the Guest makes the final payment for the hotel services provided, additional services, and hands over the room key to the reception service.
6. Rights, duties and responsibilities of Guests
6.1. The guest is obliged:
6.1.1. At upon check-in, familiarize yourself with these Rules and fire safety measures by signature. Comply with the internal regulations defined by these Rules, fire safety rules, and rules for using electrical appliances.
6.1.2. Timely and in full pay for all hotel services and additional services provided by the Hotel.
6.1.3. When leaving the room, close the water taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV and electrical appliances, close the room, vacate the room upon expiration of the stay.
6.1.4. Maintain public order, cleanliness, silence; treat with care the property located in the room, in other premises and on the territory of the Hotel.
6.1.5. Be responsible for the actions of visitors invited to his room.
6.1.6. If an infectious disease is suspected or such a disease is detected in the Guest, the Hotel has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the Guest refuses to provide a document from a medical institution confirming that there is no danger to others from an infectious disease or suspicion of it.
6.1.7. Warn the administration about existing diseases that require special service and (or) care when providing hotel services (allergic diseases, diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular diseases, etc.).
6.1.8. Compensate for damage in case of loss, damage or damage to the Hotel property in accordance with current legislation and these Rules. The damage caused is assessed on the basis of the “Official price list of the value of property of Ozon-Cheget LLC, subject to compensation in the event of complete or partial damage, loss, or theft.”
6.1.9. If you discover loss, shortage or damage to your belongings during your stay at the Hotel, immediately report this to the reception service.
6.1.10. Upon expiration of the paid period of stay, vacate the room and hand over the room key to the reception service.
6.2. If questions arise regarding the quality or volume of services provided, the Guest has the right to demand immediate elimination of deficiencies in the services provided.
6.3. The Guest is responsible for providing the Hotel with false and (or) inaccurate information.
6.4. The following is prohibited at the Hotel:
- leave unauthorized persons in the room, as well as give them the room key;
- leave children under 14 years of age in the room and on the territory of the Hotel unattended;
- store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury in the room;
- light and use scented candles and incense;
- cooking in the room;
- staying with pets;
- use sparklers, firecrackers, fireworks and other pyrotechnic devices on the territory of the Hotel;
- smoking tobacco, including electronic cigarettes, electronic tobacco heating systems, consumption of nicotine-containing products or the use of hookahs in rooms, as well as in common areas, loggias and balconies, other rooms and territory of the Hotel,
- be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- be naked in public places on the hotel premises;
- enter office premises;
- use heating devices if this is not provided in the hotel room;
- disturb the peace of guests living in adjacent rooms; break the silence from 23:00 to 08:00;
- rearrange and move furniture in the room;
- park vehicles on the territory of the Hotel without permission from the administration;
6.5. If the fact of smoking is detected, the Guest is obliged to reimburse the Hotel's expenses for general cleaning of the room and air from smell and smoke, or cleaning of other premises and (or) territory of the Hotel in the amount of the cost of such cleaning according to the Price List.
6.6. The Guest is responsible and compensates for actual damage in case of violation of obligations under the contract, as well as loss or damage through his fault to the property of the Hotel (Contractor) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and these Rules.
7. Rights, duties and responsibilities of the Hotel
7.1.The hotel is obliged:
7.1.1. Provide complete information about hotel services, additional services provided by the Hotel, the form and procedure for their payment; ensure the provision of additional services to Guests in accordance with the price list.
7.1.2. Ensure that each room contains information about the rules of accommodation at the Hotel and fire safety rules.
7.1.3. Do not hold noisy events on the Hotel premises after 23.00, with the exception of pre-agreed holidays and entertainment programs.
7.1.4. Ensure the quality of services provided meets the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.1.5. Respond in a timely manner to the Guest's requests to eliminate inconveniences or any breakdowns in the room.
7.1.6. The Hotel Administration has the right to replace the room provided to the Guest and demand its immediate release by the Guest in the event of an accident, the need for emergency repair work, sanitary-epidemiological and other measures, in order to eliminate reasons that pose a threat or impede the quality and safe provision of services.
7.1.7. Provide, upon the Guest’s request, the “Book of Reviews and Suggestions,” which is located in the Hotel’s reception service. Requirements and complaints are considered no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of filing the complaint.
7.1.8. Do not provide services provided for an additional fee without the consent of the Guest.
7.1.9. Ensure the confidentiality of information about Guests in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The Hotel has the right to refuse to provide hotel services to the Guest if the Guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7.3. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electrical and thermal energy, water supply).
7.4. The Hotel is responsible for the loss of funds, currency values, securities and jewelry deposited by the Guest and accepted by the Hotel for storage in the safe deposit box (safe) provided to the Guest. The hotel is released from liability for the safety of the contents of such a safe deposit box (safe) if it proves that, under the storage conditions, access to the safe deposit box (safe) by anyone other than the Guest himself was impossible, or became possible due to force majeure circumstances.
7.5. If forgotten items are discovered, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, an act is drawn up and a corresponding entry is made in the “Logbook of Forgotten Things.” After the expiration of the 6-month storage period (3-day period for food products), items forgotten by the Guest are considered unclaimed and must be disposed of in accordance with the procedure established by the local regulations of the Contractor.
7.6. The Hotel Administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the Guest in the event of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the Guest of these Rules of Accommodation, public order, and the procedure for using household electrical appliances.
7.7. The Hotel has the right to refuse to extend the period of stay if the Guest violates the rules of residence, untimely payment for Hotel services, or the Guest causes material damage to the Hotel.
7.8. The Hotel (Contractor) is not responsible for harm to the Guest’s health if he consumes food and drinks purchased outside the Hotel, and (or) harm to health as a result of the actions of third parties or the Guest himself.
7.10. The Hotel/Provider is not liable to the Guest or other persons for indirect losses. The concept of “loss” includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, profit, expected savings, and business activity. The total liability of the Hotel/Provider to the Guest and other persons is limited to compensation to the Guest or other persons for direct proven damage in an amount not exceeding the amount actually paid by the Guest for the services.
7.10. If the Guest is absent from the place of residence for more than 24 hours (or after 6 hours from the date of his check-out time), the Hotel administration has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the room. The administration takes material assets in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents and other property under its own responsibility.
7.11. When third parties provide services on the Hotel premises, all claims regarding the quality of such services are submitted by the Guest to third parties.
8. Final provisions
8.1. In cases not provided for by these Rules, the Contractor and the Guest (Customer) are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.2. If the laws and other regulations of the Russian Federation, as well as the Contractor's charter, establish provisions other than those provided for in these Rules, then the provisions established by the laws and other regulations of the Russian Federation, as well as the Contractor's charter, apply.
If the terms of the contracts for the provision of services concluded by the Contractor do not comply with the provisions of these Rules, then the terms of the concluded contracts take precedence.
8.3. The invalidity of individual provisions of the Rules does not entail the invalidity of other provisions and the Rules as a whole.
8.4. These Rules may be amended and supplemented.
